Dry your film with ReelDry, right after final rinse, soaking up the last beads of water with a single, slow pass that never disturbs the emulsion.

ReelDry PVA Microfiber Negative Wipes
$21.99

PVA wipes for drying film negatives. Lint-free, static-free, reusable.

ReelDry cloths are made from polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) — a material engineered specifically for lint-sensitive surfaces. Unlike standard microfiber, PVA doesn't shed fibers or generate static charge, both of which attract particulate to wet emulsions during drying.

The result is straightforward: wipe your negatives after the final rinse, hang them, and they'll be clean and scanner-ready in well under an hour. Works with 35mm, 120, and sheet film.

PVA absorbs surface moisture quickly without dragging across the emulsion. There's no abrasion — the material glides rather than grips when wet. We've used these cloths in our own darkroom for over two years across Kodak Portra, Tri-X, HP5, Delta, and Fuji Pro 400H without a single scratch.

5 reusable PVA cloths per pack. Fully washable — rinse with clean water after each use and they're ready to go again. At roughly $4.40 per cloth, a single pack will last most photographers many years of regular developing.

Tested, not guessed.

We've used these cloths in our own darkroom for over two years with Kodak, Fujifilm, and Ilford, and we've never scratched a negative. ReelDry dries film significantly faster than the disposable wipes commonly sold for this purpose.
